1 General Terms

Jilivoe (referred to hereinafter as "the Platform" or "we") is an online betting and gaming service. The Terms & Conditions set out on this page apply to all services, products, and promotions offered by jilivoe.

By using the jilivoe platform, you agree to these Terms in full. These rules may be updated from time to time. We will notify you or post a clear notice on the platform before any new terms take effect.

2 Account Registration

• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be closed and any funds held may be forfeited.
• The mobile number and email provided at registration must be active and belong to you personally.

• Keep your password and login credentials strictly confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
• Jilivoe may request identity verification documents (NID, passport, etc.) at any time.

3 Age Verification

Jilivoe is an adults-only platform. Anyone under 18 is not permitted to use this platform.

• At registration, you must confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
• Jilivoe may request age verification at any time via national ID or other official documents.
• If a user is found to be underage, their account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be voided.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals on jilivoe are available via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. A few important things to note about payments:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200. The maximum single deposit depends on the selected payment method.
• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed.

5 Bonus Policy

Jilivoe regularly offers bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms that must be followed.

• The welcome bonus is for new members only — each member may claim it once.
• Withdrawing bonus funds typically requires a 20x–35x wagering requirement (terms vary per offer).
• Winnings from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• Jilivoe reserves the right to cancel any bonus if abuse is detected.

• Multiple individuals using the same device, IP address, or household may not claim the same bonus.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules apply at all times for Sports Betting and casino games on jilivoe:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled — though a "cashout" option may be available in certain cases.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.
• If any bet remains incomplete due to a technical error, jilivoe will investigate and issue a ruling.

• For any disputes regarding sports event results, data from official sources will be considered final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jilivoe and will result in immediate account closure upon detection:

• Abusing bonuses, such as claiming the same bonus across multiple accounts.
• Money laundering or any fraudulent activity.
• Using hacks, bots, or any automated tools on the platform's software.
• Threatening or harassing other players.
• Impersonating jilivoe staff.
• Exploiting any bugs or errors for personal gain — in such cases, jilivoe may forfeit the winnings.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Jilivoe may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide identity verification documents.
• In the case of suspicious or unusual transactions.
• Requesting self-exclusion.
• Extended inactivity of 12 months or more.

Before closing an account, jilivoe will endeavour to notify the member by email or SMS. However, accounts may be closed without prior notice in cases of rule violations.

9 Responsible Gaming

Jilivoe believes entertainment should never become a problem. That's why responsible gaming is our top priority.

• Any member can set their own deposit limit, betting limit, or session limit at any time.
• A cooling-off period can be activated if you need a temporary break from gaming.
• A permanent self-exclusion option is available to block your account.

• No appeals can be made against jilivoe's final decisions unless new evidence is presented.

12 Terms Amendment Policy

Jilivoe reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time.

• For major changes, members will be notified by email or SMS at least 7 days in advance.
• Minor amendments may take effect immediately.
• Continued use of the platform after new terms take effect will be considered your acceptance of those terms.
